I had a minor damage on my car. Bumper and Tail Light 
Replacement. Made a claim, and within 24 hrs an estimator 
made an appointment with me and gave an estimate for the work, and made a cheque for me. I mean what else do you expect. But at the same time, this was a minor claim, and I dont know what happens incase of a bigger claim or major damage such, as body or engine etc. 
But I am very satisfied by them and their insurance rates are rock bottom atleast for me, compared to other companies. I live in Texas by the way.

I have found that 21st Century has been very affordable and a comfortable customer service experience. The reason I considered them in the first place is that I was selling cars and took a look at the insurance experiences of my customers. I couldn’t find any complainers so I contacted them for a quote on their 800 number. They were prompt in giving me the info I needed, and explaining some of the mysteries of car insurance. After a couple of years, and a couple of oops with cars at work, I did some comparison shopping (again at the suggestion of my customers). All of the other companies would penalize me for my work related mishaps, but 21st didn’t so I have stayed with them. They have been very good to me, and other people I have talked to have also had good experiences (including fast claims response). Until someone can show me a valid reason to change I will continue to rely on them for protection.

We have had 20th Century Insurance for more than 10 years now and we 
absolutely love it! When we have had to make a claim, we have had no hassles- either they make an appointment within 1 or 2 days to see your car or they come out to where your car is also in 1 or 2 days. Even when we had a windshield that needed replacing after hours they sent someone to us to repair our windshield right away so we could drive the car AND they paid the extra after hours fee! Our rates are the lowest anywhere and we deal directly with the company instead of paying an agent to deal with the company for us. When I hear all of the problems our non-20th Century friends have with their companies I am very glad we have never had those kinds of problems. But, as time goes on, we have more and more friends who also have 20th Century after they hear about the company from us. We originally went with them because of their low rates but have stayed with them also for their great customer service. I would reccomend you get a quote from them- it doesn’t cost anything and will probably save you money.
