Nationwide is da’bomb!!! I have used them for my auto insurance for over 7 years and I have also used them for my house insurance and they continue to impress me with their low rates.

For my home insurance policy, I have total coverage on my house, full replacement regardless of cost and $100,000 contents replacement and it costs me $244.00 a year. That is over $100.00 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else.

Nationwide also provides something that I don’t find often with chain businesses and that is a high level of customer service. Not just being nice to you when you walk in the door but remembering who you are, even if you only make it in the actual office once a year or something. Anytime I go in or call, they always know who I am and ask me questions about my life or what’s going on from previous conversations we have had. That is invaluable to me as a customer because it makes me feel special and important….not just a number.

Overall, Nationwide is the best in my book. If nothing else, give them a call just to get an estimate on your insurance costs. It could save you money.

I have had a Nationwide Homeowner policy for approximately 11 years. During most of that time it has been a tenant policy. However, I am not treated any differently than a home owner. When I call my agent, I feel like I am talking to a friend. He always seems to show a personal interest in my account. When I call with a question, problem, or change, he acts like I am his only customer. No question, problem, or change is ever too large or too small.The few times I have spoken with representatives from the Nationwide Corporate office, I have been treated with respect. I think they try to make every customer feel important.Thankfully I have not had any claims on my homeowner policy. However, the one claim I had with my auto policy was handle quickly and without hassle.I feel the price of my homeowner policy is very reasonable for the coverage and service I receiveNationwide also offers several discounts including home and car and long-term customer. The company knows how to make its customers feel appreciated.The handbook I receive explaining what is covered under my policy is comprehensive and easy to understand. It has saved me several phone calls to my agent.

As a homeowner, with an expensive antique furniture collection, I have spent some time researching insurance companies. I have met with quite a few insurance reps and have considered many companies. The reason I decided on Nationwide was simple. Their track record.

I did a lot of asking around and it seemed that people who have Nationwide Insurance for home or auto have nothing but positive things to say about the company.

I called to make an appointment with a Nationwide agent and was delighted when she offered to come to my home for the appointment. We met at a time that was convenient for me, after work in the evening, and we set the appointment for two days after my original call.

When I met with my Nationwide agent we went over what was my current policy. She pointed out some areas that involved unnecessary expense and in the end provided my home and belongings with better coverage for significantly less money. She showed me away to have my collection fully covered against theft and damage for only a few extra dollars a year.

Unfortunately I have needed to use my policy for storm damage to my home. The claims department was helpful and processed my claim quite quickly. In no time at all, about 10 days after my initial call, I had the check and the repairs were made.

I have found Nationwide to be a great company to work with. Ask around, I’m sure you know someone who has coverage through them and odds are that they are satisfied.

I was recently involved in an accident with a driver who also had coverage with Nationwide. The other driver ran a stoplight and hit me on the passenger side, totaling my car. In no time was I contacted by two Nationwide medical adjusters who called to ask how I was doing and told me that all my medical bills would be covered. I went to my doctor’s office to be checked and then to the hospital for an x-ray of my neck. Nationwide immediately got copies of my bills and reimbursed me almost immediately. They were courteous, caring, and responsive. They also set me up in a rental car that was directly billed to Nationwide. Before the wreck I had thought about changing insurance companies because I thought that Nationwide’s rates were higher but after this experience I plan to keep my coverage with Nationwide.

I’ve been with Nationwide Insurance for a couple of years . . . no problems whatsoever. When my windshield got broke because my neighbor’s kid threw a rock; my glass coverage took care of it without issue. Even when I had an accident I wasn’t given any reason to complain . . . three years ago, when I got in a collision with another driver, my car was totaled and I got hurt pretty bad. The accident wasn’t my fault but I was stressing. . . I thought for sure I wasn’t going to get what my car was really worth. The driver at fault had Nationwide and when the company gave me no trouble with the claims payout, I immediately switched. Haven’t regretted the decision ever. Nationwide Insurance is a top-notch company. Low prices, convenient services and nice people to talk too all around. Anyone out there looking for a good car insurance company should go with Nationwide Insurance.

I love Nationwide insurance, it’s the reps that I am not very fond of. I think that as long as you get a hold of the right rep that Nationwide insurance has pretty good rates and services. It seems that every time I call the company I end up having to call back a couple of times – each call gives me a different rep. When I call they all have a different answer to whatever question I have. It’s a hassle to call back three or four times before I get the ball rolling or to get some positive feedback. Don’t get me wrong, I will recommend Nationwide to my friends and family but I will also warn them about some of the inept representatives that I deal with every time I call. My theory is this: if you are going to represent a company, shouldn’t you know what you’re talking about?

I have had my cars covered by Nationwide Insurance since I was 16 years old; I am now 34. During that period of time I have had only two agents. It is great to be able to call my agent and feel like I am talking to a friend.The few times I have spoken with representatives from the Nationwide Corporate office, I was also treated with respect. I think they try to make every customer feel important.My Nationwide agent always seems to show a personal interest in my account. When I call with a question, problem, or change, he acts like I am his only customer. No question, problem, or change is too small or too large.Thank God I have only had to file one claim. I had a stone chip my windshield. All I had to do was get it fixed and have the bill sent to my agent. No hassle at all.The cost of my auto insurance is also extremely reasonable. Nationwide offers discounts for multi-vehicle, home and car, safe driver, and long term customer. There may also be others that I am forgetting to mention here. The bottom line is, they give you discounts to prove your business is appreciated.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company has been my auto insurance company for the past 11 years so far. I have never had a single problem with this company. My family has also used Nationwide for as long as I can remember. 

Their insurance rates are very competitive and you get excellent service from them. Never any hassles! This is one insurance company who doesn’t mess around and actually takes care of you! 

I’ve had to file only a couple of claims with Nationwide and every single time they’ve taken care of the problem in a professional, prompt way. 

I’ve dealt with other insurance companies and all they do is give you the run-around. But not Nationwide! Their insurance rates could DOUBLE and I would still keep them as my insurance carrier. Highly recommend!!!!

I am on my 7th year with the relationship I have with my Nationwide insurance provider and I couldn’t be happier. I have both of my cars and my house insured with Nationwide have received the best rates of anyone I compare against. My insurance agents also give me the personal touch that most companies do not provide. They see me in public and speak remembering my name and when I walk into the office, which is very rare, they always know who I am and carry on intelligent conversation…more than just nice weather talk. They also have perks that other insurance companies do not have. The one big perk I like is that after 5 years with them, without an accident, you get a free accident. This means that if you have an accident, it will not effect your insurance rates. That is so awesome and such a powerful pull for me to continue my business with Nationwide. I also love the automatic monthly deductiosn instead of dealing writing checks or having to pay my insurance quarterly. Overall, I give them total thumbs up!!!!
